Will the private investigation in Ukraine legal?
Can we consider the activities of the detectives of Ukraine legitimate if they are simply doing what is not prohibited? The answer to this question is quite complex, as this very topic. On the one hand, there are no prohibitions on the other hand, there is no order to give the green light to private detectives. Naturally, given the area in which they sometimes have to work, it should not be in this state, in this connection, and raised the topic of legalization of detective work in Ukraine.

Do not just say that detectives in the adoption of this law will really within. While certain limitations, of course, arise. And to say that their work really is underground, it would be not too carefully. The work of private detectives is not prohibited, it is just at this point does not yet have the rails on which it was possible to check some things. Indeed, in this case, they do not just will not be able to provide some of its services, but also have to be kept under control by the Office Ministry of Interior, which means that for any violation they face a serious responsibility in accordance with the already adopted law. Therefore, the borders they have to comply with very, very strict.
However, if you look closely at the experience of other countries where similar laws are already quite a long time, there is observed only benefit from their work. Detectives and representatives of the government's most densely work in this situation. And law enforcement officers do not just delegate some of his tasks, but also they tend to be at the height of his professionalism.
